12/18/2023 0 Comments Nvidia drivers windows 10as another note, it took me like 4 months to get dragon age to run and it was 10000% EAs fault (that game is absolutely riddled with DRM that totally doesnt work). So, i guess don't freak out too bad, that card will work well eventually. then the next day there was another driver update, and i didn't install it, and i was glad i did because apparently it made it so windows cannot even detect that the card exists at all (i read, so who know how bad it is really) The upgrade went way better than recent driver updates, in that it just went and worked well after.īut then there was a driver update and GTA online now gave 12 frame per second. I have a mobile card, and also recently upgraded to windows 10. UPDATE: I'm now getting artifacts on screen when the games crash, could this also be the fault of drivers or is the card damaged in some way? Only this time it keeps popping up and won't go away.ĭoes anyone know what happened? Or what the problem is? I saved a long time for this laptop and bought it all the way from the US, so Can anyone help? It immediately crashed and I received the "the display driver has stopped responding and has recovered" error again. I then restarted my computer and ran dragon age again. I then went into this subreddit and checked the sticky at the top, so i proceeded to perform the steps. So I rolled back to the earlier driver (353.62), the game ran for like 2 minutes before crashing again. The error Disappeared but the game still crashed. So I downloaded the latest batch of windows updates. Today I installed Dragon age Inquisition (on ultra graphics), after running it for a few minutes the game crashed and I received " A display driver has stopped responding error". I bought a laptop with a GTX970M a few days ago and upgraded it to windows 10 and downloaded the latest driver (355.82).
